Italian Sausage Lentil Soup
This delightful sausage lentil soup is a close resemblance to Carrabba's lentil soup.
Ingredients
Directions
- Put chicken broth in large soup pot.
- Add lentils, diced tomatoes, vegetables, spices (to taste), and cooked hot or sweet Italian sausage.
- Bring to a boil. Lower heat to low simmer, cook on simmer for about 2 1/2 to 3 hours.

I took the Italian Sausage out and put lian or fat free sausage instead, just add Italian seasonings.
