I had it all figured out on this FatSecret Journey, and had already lost 50 lbs... and then I got pregnant! I de-railed BIG time with my eating and exercise and have now gained back almost everything I've lost. So... back to the drawing board! As of today, I'm 26 weeks pregnant (due August 31) but my Dr. said there would be no problem with me getting back to 1600-1800 calorie diet and exercising moderately (mostly walking). I've had to delete all my previous goals, including those met... :( which stinks but I'm back on track and ready to rock and roll. I plan to be as healthy as POSSIBLE when my baby comes, and just be ready to continue the weight-loss journey until I have reached my final goal. Here are the new stats/goals, aka my 15-Step Recovery Plan:

Starting Weight: 340 5/18/10
1st Goal: 330 (1st 10 lbs gone!)
2nd Goal: 320 (20 lbs gone!)
3rd Goal: 310 (30 lbs gone!)
4th Goal: 299 (Wooo... back under 300!)
5th Goal: 290 (50 lbs gone!)
6th Goal: 288 (Back to my previous lowest weight)
7th Goal: 265 (75 lbs gone!!)
8th Goal: 249 (Under 250, hallelujah!)
9th Goal: 240 (100 lbs gone! Oh My Goodness!!)
10th Goal: 225
11th Goal: 210
12th Goal: 199 (Under 200!)
13th Goal: 180 (160 lbs gone!)
14th Goal: 175 (Almost there... 10 more to go!)
FINAL GOAL: 165 (Leaner, healthier, happier, 175 lbs lighter!)

Sodium Problems!
Does anybody have some suggestions for cutting my sodium? I'm gonna lay off my guilty snack- beef jerky. But anybody know of sandwich meat that is low sodium? Or any other low sodium suggestions? Thanks!Very Happy

101 Reasons to Lose Weight
107. Accessories. I want to be able to wear watches that don't pinch my arm, belts that don't divide me into 2 belly rolls, and necklaces that don't have to be a mile long to hang nicely around my neck.

108. God. I think our bodies were created to work perfectly but we mess them up with our laziness and junk food! I want my body to be what He intended it to be.

109. My Hubby. He has never ever ever said anything about my weight, but I am POSITIVE that he's not gonna complain about his wife slimming down and wearing some new, skimpier lingerie!

Frequency of Weigh-Ins: Everyday vs. Once a Week
I like weighing myself because if I wake up in the morning and see I'm a pound or two down, it motivates me to work even harder that day. Then by the time my week's up I've usually done really well with each little daily motivator.

Frequency of Weigh-Ins: Everyday vs. Once a Week
So I've noticed that a lot of people weigh every day, while some weigh once a week or every other day. My question is for those who weigh every day:

Do you feel like you stay on track better because you're keeping a daily watch on your progress? I weigh every day but I don't record it because my weight fluctuates SO MUCH with each day. I was just wondering what your experience is with this! Thanks! Very Happy
