I am 30 almost 31 years old. I am the mother of two boys ages 9 and 5. I am recently divorced, but have found my soul mate. I am the happiest I have been my whole life, except for my weight. I have recently realized that I am very tired and I have no motivation anymore. So I am going to regain my motivation and be healthy. My goal is not to be pencil thin and wear a size 2 but you know just to be happy in a 14 or even a 16 would be wonderful. I love to cook and bake, but what is weird is I hardly eat very much of it. I have PCOS (polycystic ovarian syndrome) which seems to mess with my metabolism ALOT. So it is kind of an uphill battle....but I am willing to take it. I want to be around to see my kids be parents so I need to take the steps to be healthy now and then reap the rewards later.
