Directions
- In a medium sized bowl mix all ingredients together well, except the olive oil.
- In a medium sized pan heat the olive oil.
- Once the olive oil is hot, drop in small sized meatballs and cook until brown on all sides.
- Cook meatballs in 2 to 3 batches.
- Eat alone or with a marinara sauce.

Good recipe! It tasted good. To save time I modified it a bit. I added the olive oil into the mixture, made it into patties (instead of meatballs), and used a George Foreman grill to quickly cook it.

These were great! I served them over sliced, sauteed zucchini with tomatoes. It was kind of like spaghetti and meatballs.

Loved them for a light meatball recipe. I did as the previous rater did, by serving it over zucchini and had a light spaghetti sauce.. it was HEAVEN. A MUCH healthier alternative to spaghetti and meatballs.

Oh man, these were delic. I didn't have enough oil so I baked them on 400 for about 15-20 minutes and they turned out so moist and delic. I will stick with this recipe!!!

These are fabulous! I can see me using this same recipe to make meatloaf!I am not a big fan of Turkey meat but this changed my mind!
