Set my calories to 1200 yesterday. Went over by 40 today. That's because I drank a 1/4 cup of coffee this afternoon. Coffee always jacks up my appetite. I was doing well before I drank that coffee. No more coffee for this girl. Oh, well. At least I went out and ran in the rain for half an hour tonight. Now off to bed zzzz

So far so good on these three challenges, but it's only day three, so best to take it a day at a time. I know I'm bound to slip up at some point. The main thing is to just do the best I can.
Went out into the kitchen just now wondering if there was anything I could eat (an emotional "hunger," not a real hunger) and still stay under 1200 calories (I'm really close), but then I saw that it was 9 pm, and since the challenge is to eat nothing after 8:30 pm, I just wheeled around and left the kitchen. I think my mouth wants something tasty, but my belly is full. Bad lifetime habit that I'm determined to stop.
Did an hour bike ride today. Less calories than I did the previous two days, but still meets the 30 min. challenge. I wonder if your stomach starts to "shrink" after not eating as much after awhile.

I usually only weigh in on Mondays, but I got curious and did it this morning. Lost 2 pounds since the last weigh-in. But won't record it yet. Burned something like 800 calories and ate between 1100-1200 calories yesterday. Plus, didn't eat past 8:30.
I'm doing all of this because I'm @$#%^ sick of the #^$# %Y not coming off! I'm going to lose those last #%!#$%@#$^ 17 pounds if it's the last thing I do.

This is the first time I've gone for a challenge. Actually 3 challenges.
Took me awhile before I discovered that the "pass/fail" page on each challenge is on the WEIGHT HISTORY page. Doh!.
Started the 1200 calorie challenge last night, but didn't weigh in even though it was Monday because I only like to weigh in the morning before I eat. I'll just have to record the weight I logged on Sunday. Oh well. :(
Rode my bike for 1 hr. 20 min today. A good beginning for the exercise challenge that started yesterday.
Now let's see if I can keep from eating after 8:30 pm. I always start out all confident in things, but it's another story whether I can "pass" each of these three.
