Has anyone else found a message in their inbox from a Phillip? It starts out
"My name is Mr.Phillip Kouassi the principal treasury officer with one of the prime banks in Cote d'Ivoire. I have decided to contact you through this medium based on a business proposal, which will be of mutual benefit to both of us. I discovered your email through comprehensive web email search on directory so I decided to contact you. I know this might sound like scam to you because of a lot of activities going on in the internet today.But I assure you that this is real."
It's clearly a scam. I've reported it to FatSecret as abuse and I'm waiting to hear back.

I only weigh in once a week on Mondays. I start getting really nervous on the weekends because it always feels as if I haven't lost or I've gained a few pounds. It's like getting a package in the mail and you don't know what's in it.

Only getting to the gym every other day now. Rain, snow, and lack of sleep are having their way with me. Worked out in an orchard today pruning with a volunteer project for two hours in the rain. Good upper-body work-out but got soaking wet and couldn't get warm after I got home. Finally soaked my feet in hot water and epsom salt. Maybe I should soak my head instead. Lots of rain here. Makes me happy because trees.

Got two hours of sleep last night. Not fit to go to the gym today. When I don't sleep I want to eat to make up for the stress, so I have to be careful about caloric intake today. Looking for a good sleep tonight and back to the gym tomorrow. Why is losing weight like fuel prices -- the numbers take forever to drop but go up in a heartbeat?
