Iam 27.. i have 2 boys.A 9 year old and a 4year old.Iam a stay at home mom. Since i could rember i always have had a hard time with my weight always up and down.. but this last year has been the hardest.. 1 have just gained and gained...60 POUNDS TO BE EXACT.. this up and coming year i have a lot of weddings and partys n the worst of all dreadful pictures every time i go out with our frinds n around the holidays. I JUST WANT TO HIDE.. I dont fit in to any of my clothes,and i refuse to buy anymore.. untill I LOSE MY WEIGHT..THEN IMA GO OUT N BUY ME A WHOLE NEW WARDROBE

If your like me....I think everyone has 1 outfit or something in your closet where you use to fit into.. or purchase them to say I'm going to fit into it... I feel that is the best thing to do.. if you're like me you're over obsessed and weigh yourself too much.. and if the scale doesn't say what you want, then you get discourage.. giving yourself 1 week and then weigh yourself would be the best choice.. so, pull out the jeans or that outfit you have in the back of your closet and if you feel like you lossed weight and it's not time to weigh yourself go ahead and try to put them on.. as you lose weight you'll feel closer to your goal if those clothes go on a little easier every time.. Wink

Need ideas for snacks
A grant way to substitute your snacks is maybe making smoothie.. just stay within the same calories as the snack bar to fruit and blend it up u can add ice or use water and make ice pops ..good luck hope she feels better soon ... mia Smile
