Me: 50 years old. Always tried to eat healthy. Lately my biggest challenge is getting exercise. Always a struggle to keep to the weight I want to be at. Last year for Christmas (2011) my husband gave me the 2 book series "Eat for Health" by Joel Fuhrman. It has transformed our lives.

Now my biggest challenge is getting enough exercise. (I commute by ferry to work and travel is two hours each way, ughh) We just joined a gym and I made a new year's res to work out there Sat and Sundays. Also am now walking the 1.8 miles from the ferry dock to work instead of taking the bus!
