I enjoy healthy eating and living a healthy lifestyle. I am currently sitting at 22% body fat and am trying to hit my goal of 18% body fat. I am also currently in ketosis to help me achieve said goal.
I workout daily. Mostly free weights, HIIT and Pilates. I do not do cardio.
I do like cake, however.

I live in Connecticut. Two blocks from the ocean. I love it here. Now if I could just find someone significant to spend time with, I would be set. Ha!

A pound is a pound regardless of what material the pound is made up from, so that saying never made sense to me. Weigh yourself once week.
