Oh my Gosh, I am totally out of control with sugar. Sugar is a strong force and one I have never had to battle before. These cravings are so foreign to me, but I WILL win this battle because I WILL NOT gain all that weight back. My motto, "Nothing taste as good as thin feels"!

Didn't get my walk in yesterday, but did pretty good with food. My goal is to get back to 132 and stop this up and down cycle.

I am so disappointed in myself with this weight gain. I truly believe that my body is not able to process carbs, even in small amounts. To maintain my weight, there can be NO carb intake! Need to get serious again with my food journal and exercise. No excuses, just do it!

Life for me now is an E ticket ride and doesn't see, to have a way to let up. I am a caregiver for my very best,lifetime friend who has bone cancer. Things seem to be getting worse every day and my heart is breaking as I watch the decline. Stress and inactivity of a physical nature has to manifest itself somehow and I would like to think my weight gain is the results and not just lack of willpower on my part. No matter what the journey, doing our best each day is the ultimate goal.
