Stayed on plan target. Sometimes I feel like the sugar demons are stronger than my will power but won the battle yesterday. Will satisfy my sweet tooth this morning with 1/2 Atkins Peanut Butter Bar and a cup of hot coffee. Have a good day all!

Did really good until right before bedtime. The food demons found me and forced me to have an ice cream float, so no weight loss. Push the restart on another day and work the plan. Keep your eyes on the goal my friends.

My weight gain reflects my life...out of control! Being a caregiver is a tough job. I feel like our lives are spiraling out of control while standing still at the same time. I know how to handle my food and exercise plan but haven't had the willpower to do what is needed. Today is a new day, so I will just start over and get my s.... together.

Up and down like a YoYo. Do good one day and fall off the sugar wagon the next.I think some of my issues with food at this point is emotional eating. Not making excuses, but stress can make you crazy and life is filled with stress at this point. Need to find that inner strength again. For all of you out there on your life changing journey, stay strong.
