I was able to follow my food plan yesterday and things turned out good. Will have lunch out with friends today so I will need to make the correct choices to continue the loss. Carbs are not my friend even in small amounts.

My goal this week is to lose 3 lb. Just finished a high protein breakfast and preparing for my walk. Today is the day I take control back and do what is needed to keep the weight off. Wish me the mindset to accomplish this goal. To my buddies, thank you for your support.

Tomorrow is the day I get serious again. Walking for exercise and keeping a food journal are two things I MUST do to be successful. My goal is to drop 3 lbs. next week and I know it can be done if I stick to my program. I must not forget the saying,"Nothing taste as good as thin feels"!
