well I didn't make it to the gym on Wed. or Thur. but I went yesterday. Did my work out... feeling pretty good. Couldn't weight in the scale was missing and a sign said it was broken. I weight at the gym because I have on the same type (weight) of clothing/shoes/etc and it's about the same time each day. Hopefully the scale will be back this next week.

I'm really disappointed that the scale is going the WRONG way!!!! I'm going to walk this afternoon when I get home and have a Phase 1 dinner planned.. hopefully tomorrow my date with the scale will be better!

Yesterday I ate more than I should -- but I did get in a walk prior to the Super Bowl. Today I'm back on track 100%. I'm going to they gym this morning and will do my weight in.... hopefully it's not too bad.
