I'm pumped -- I've been to the gym every day this week -- walked with my granddaughter for 2 miles yesterday and have stuck to the SB Diet all week. Super Bowl will be tough but I'm only going to make food I can eat!

I've been so good and I'm so proud of myself... went to the grocery yesterday and stocked up on things I needed to stick to the suggested menu in the SB Diet book. yeah me!

So far today has been good (of course it's still very early in the day). I had a phase one breakfast from the SB Diet book and am going to the gym in a few minutes to do some weight training.
I'll check back in later in the day and do my weight in after the gym. Thanks for all the posts from ya'll yesterday.
