How Often Do you weigh yourself?
once a week, whether I really want to or not. Actually, I've noticed that I tend to either stay the same or put on a little the following week, but lose again on the 2nd week. Perhaps I should only weigh self fortnightly. What do others think?

an unhealthy day
bit too indulgent, very little healthy, especially with the 'snacks'. too tired to bother ... mental note to self, on days such as these, it's really important to be more diligent!!!
