I am a 47 year old mom of a grown child. I lead a fairly active lifestyle (karate, scuba diving, travel). I started gaining weight when I moved to Louisiana( the food here is unbelievable!) I quit smoking 2 years ago and packed on another 30 lbs. My highest weight was 180, I managed to get down to 170 before I found FS. I had a flat stomach 10 years ago and I want it back!
January 2012: I made it to within 5 lbs of my goal in August 2010, but I got sidetracked along the way. I injured my knee which caused a drastic reduction in my exercise schedule, add to that some holidays with lots of poor eating habits and I am right back where I started.
