Roasted Portabella Mushrooms make great sandwiches.. Slightly brush Portabella with olive oil and seasoning of your choice.. grill or back.. add turkey or meat of your choice in between. I like to add veggie cheese and melt it together. Makes a great veggie melt. Have fun!!!

**please help** tips needed!!
Jademarie, what are you eating... what you eat is also very important. Remember to eat more protein than carbs. Cut down on fat intake as well. Caloric intake is important but so is macro nutrients. I am a body builder and have discovered you can drop the weight quicker if you lower your fat intake, take in more complex carbs, and increase protein. Here is a great ratio I used that worked for me:

Total Calories: Current Weight x 10= for me 126x10 = 1,260 calories
Protein: Total Calories x 50 percent = for me 630 calories from protein = 157.5 grams
Carbs (complex not simple): Total Calories x 30 percent = for me 378 calories = 94.5 grams protein
Fats (healthy fats): Total Calories x 20 percent = for me 252 calories = 28 grams

Try adding some resistance training to your exercise routine as well. Muscles help burn fat.
Hope this helps.. It transformed my body
