I am a 23 year old female training to be a police officer.
I started my fitness plan a year and a half ago. At the time I weighed 160 lbs and now I'm down to 130 lbs (I'm 5'6").
It's been a difficult yet extremely eye-opening journey.
Along the way I've discovered that I LOVE running, and that I'm actually good at it! Now I go for runs outdoors rain or shine, especially along Vancouver's beautiful seawall. Instead of sitting at home and watching TV, I now go for hikes or long walks.
I feel better and stronger than ever and I try to push myself every day. My goal is to get to 120 lbs and to build more muscle.
I definitely feel my body starting to plateau and weight loss is definitely getting harder, but I know me, and I never quit.
