I'm 24 from the UK and I really started eating better and exercising more when I found that I felt so lethargic and unhappy that it was effecting my everyday life.
Don't get me wrong, I love that losing weight will mean I'll be able to wear outfits confidently, but my main aim is to feel fitter and better about myself.
For six weeks now I've been going to a couple of PT sessions a week and doing gym classes in between and I can't believe how much better I feel already. I've got more energy and I love how strong I've become since gaining muscle. Money I was wasting on junk food and other empty purchases is being much better spent on PT sessions, and if anyone is struggling for motivation I recommend investing in PT if it's affordable.
I'm pretty new to this site and I'm really looking to make friends who are trying to get fitter and make a positive change to their lives :)
