I weighed myself this morning to hopefully inspire myself to really stay on track over the weekend. I won't be able to workout for the next 4-7 days due to some surgery today so I'm kinda worried. I really count on my activity points! I have to say that I'm really surprised and happy at how well this is been going--seeing the scale change (and actually feeling comfortable in my jeans) has motivated me to make good choices and not ruin the progress--I'm sure I can keep this up...I was going to say until Spring break--but I will say indefinitely because I ALWAYS want my clothes to fit!
136.0 lb Lost so far: 11.0 lb.    Still to go: 11.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 1.6 lb a week

Now that is a positive attitude! Yes, staying with the plan always is the way to go. I find the WW plan helps keep you in a healthy eating mindset, and that has to be good for you in the long run.
