Still hovering at 126. I've been sticking to the plan, really! I hope it's TOM that is holding things up! Still no coffee and greek yogurt for brekkies every day. Grilled shrimp and salad for lunch and egg whites/spinach for dinner. I know-YUCH! I eat it with a small portion of marinara sauce and pretend it's lasagna. Ha!

I have two goose egg swellings on top of each foot BUT nothing broken (I hope). It's getting better. I realize why I am extra clumsy lately-it's TOM. Does anyone else get the clumsies right before TOM? It's been this way as long as I can remember. Severe case of the fumbles and tumbles.

In other news-I am almost bald on top. Hair has been falling out at record speed. Taking iron, vit D and Krill oil. Will try for the umpteenth time to get a doctor to take it seriously. The last one told me to get a hair transplant. Ass.

Okay gotto go and work some more.

I am SO glad that TOM is outta my house! I definitely got super clumsy when TOM was around. Glad your feet are feeling better. Are you going to get x-rays? And I'd definitely change doctors and find someone who takes you seriously about why your hair is falling out. Get some tests done. A friend of mine had that problem and found that it was a food allergy. You might be lactose intolerant or might have to stay away from foods with gluten in them.

Hmmm-interesting! My dad and sister are both celiac and I was tested for it and doc says I am okay. I am fairly gluten free and found it helped with my rash/skin issues. Other sister is lactose intolerant. Does that mean no yogurt? I eat A LOT of freaking yogurt.

I wouldn't be suprised either if it were food allergies. I think it may be the cause of many symptoms most of us can't answer. My friend lost a lot of her hair too in her late 20s early 30s... just stress they say. Ugh, that would make me mad too. So many tiny bones in our feet, I would go w/ the xrays too if I had too much pain still. Get better, hm clumsy pre tom, I think I get moody.

When you figure out the hair issue let me know..I've got the same problem : ( extremely stressful. Hope when tom leaves some bloat and waTer weight goes with him !! Sorry about your feet and I think the clumsies was an issue with me too with hormone problems.
