Another day, another film last night. 2 Margueritas--couldn't help myself!

Last film today, I am Sooo going to try to be good. No, really.

I need to go shopping, hardly have anything healthy to eat in the house. Hope I have time before the big storm hits!

Since you are a film buff - I went and saw Michael Clayton last night - all I will say is he is very easy on the eyes! I didn't have any margaritas - but shared a bottle of wine before the movie and NO POPCORN this time! Wishing you another new start this week on your downward slide my friend!

I love a good marguerita myself but I am sure the alcohol and sugary mix is quietly sabotaging your weight loss efforts. I'm glad you are planning to go shop for healthy food to have in the house. But you might find it a lot easier to stick to your plan if you had to say that you need to go shopping because there is hardly anything UNHEALTHY to eat in the house!

Thanks guys! I was pretty good at my hubby's bday lunch. 2 sips of beer, 2 bites of tiramisu, amazing ahi steak with kale, white rice( only ate 1/3 of the rice) some naughty sweet potatoe fries, some freshly grilled pita and hummus. Ok, maybe not *that* good. But I did it in moderation. Went to Wild Oats, bought TONS of yummy healthy fat smash food. I won't slip again until I lose 10 more pounds, promise! My reasonable goal for the end of January was 175, I think I still have a decent chance of hitting it, if I am super good. 2 hour workout tomorrow, coming up!

Chin up!!!! You are doing great your chart shows it. Stop being so hard on yourself and just get it done! Getting back on track is the first step!

I agree with Hedder, its just not giving up that will get your success. Each time we get off track, the sooner we get back on track the better and each time gets easier. It's not giving up that leads to success! You'll do it, I know you will.
