Couldnt help but get on
225.0 lb Lost so far: 10.0 lb.    Still to go: 93.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

This really will get easier as time goes on. Yes, you will have the occasional temptation or intense cravings, but after a while you just know what to do and it becomes second nature. Keep up the good work and you will continue to see results!!
