clemaster's Journal, 14 January 2008

I am so proud of myself. I went all weekend without cheating. That is a MAJOR accomplishment for me. We were out to eat, had friends over, went to a make-up party with snack foods and I didn't cave to the pressure. I am so ready for this. This week my goal is to lose 5 lbs which shouldn't be hard since my second week of phase 1 is always successful. ALso to work out AT LEAST 3 times. I need to get into a routine again with the workouts. Wish me luck!!
248.0 lb Lost so far: 5.0 lb.    Still to go: 83.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

good luck and congrats on the weekend. weekends are the hardest so you should be very proud of yourself for making it through "cheat-free".

LOVING the attituude and your success with no cheating!! AWESOME! I think 5 lbs is attainable if you are able to stick to your plan.. just remember that some of our bodies just are a bit slow to start. You can DO IT!!
