Ok so when I weighed myself two days ago before I started I was 2kg lighter. But I do feel super bloated a blah at the moment so heres hoping I can feel better in two weeks. (Xfingers crossedX)
235.0 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 103.0 lb.    Diet followed 100%.

If you're feeling bloated.. then just put the scales away for a few days. Sometimes, it has not a thing in the world to do w/ what or how much we eat, our bodies just react.. to life, stress, etc... You are probably just experiencing a tad bit of water weight which will probably disappear w/in a few days. Keep your chin up!!
