You ponder that and I'll check in again later. Running late this morning myself. Did exercise though so I am semi happy. Have a great day Moose. I watched Law Abiding Citizen last night. Kind of reminded me of one of those old Mel Gibson movies can't remember the name.

Moose I am at work now and not feeling very motivated. I have a huge bar like desk (they call it the swim up bar) and it is situated in front of a huge window and the sun is really bright this morning that I have my sun glasses on. I would love to be out there. I guess we have to get ourselves motivated. I was just checking back for your 5. Guess I came back to early.

Cathy some days are like that!!! I'm sort of glad it is raining ... at least I won't be pining away for being outside today!! I exercised, showered, dressed, all that good stuff ... I added FIVE just now. Not terrible 'deep' today ... but I know you understand ... being Monday. Let's get through this day and see what surprises it may bring us!!

34 days before your trip to Mexico? ok, now I'm jealous lol! I'm worried about your ribs... I really hope you'll feel better soon. Are you taking a calcium-magnesium supplement? not only good for your bones, it might help you to sleep better. Just an idea... Take care!

jessy ... good idea regarding the calcium-magnesium supplement ... and no I am not taking one. My upper ribs are a bit sensitive/painful at times but overall I have really good bone density ... or maybe I'm made of rubber. A few years ago I fell off a ladder onto a gravel floor in our garage (about 8 ft.) and didn't break anything! Just bruised myself up quite well. Yeah, yeah, yeah, I know ... I'm just one disaster after another!! I'll try the melatonin tonight but I think I have some cal/mag somewhere around the house too!! Info ... the book is rather recently released so hopefully it will be available in the library soon ... I think you might find it interesting.

LOL! I'm sure you have a really good bone density, falling that many times and no broken bones... I'm just teasing you ;-)About the book, Did you mention the name of the author? I've read one, from a canadian doctor (Beliveau) and there is also David Servant-Shreber who wrote a famous (well maybe not in USA) book about healing. Did you start making changes in you nutrition and following the book?

Jessy I will check the author ... must dash upstairs to grab the book (tis at our bedside) ... David Servan-Schreiber, MD, PhD is the author. I have only perused sections of the book, I have not yet read the entire book. Changes will be difficult for my hubby ... I've made 'some' changes over this past year but the love of my life is a 'junk food junkie' at heart!! The plan is to slowly make changes after we get back from our trip to Mexico in April. Since I do most of the food shopping, gradually I will change what is available at home. My husband has read more of the book and obviously, with his cancer, is pretty motivated. It will be a process ... like everything else ... with times of consuming kilograms of cheesecake and brownies!!! LOL!!

LOL! You have no idea how much I ate last week! but the cheese cake was worth every bite! I'm sure you husband is in the right state of mind to make changes. Of course, you can't change everything in one day. The only thing I would suggest is don't wait after your vacation. Try to take a step now, nothing too hard. Especially after the radiations, everything he can do to help his body recovering is good. I understand the changes will come from you, if you are in charge of grocery shopping and meal cooking. So I understand you might not have time right now to focus on the book...
