Phew - looks like the weight gain over the weekend might have been due to fluid retention from all the rubbish we ate! Will try very hard all week, and I might achieve my short term goal yet!!
170.0 lb Lost so far: 40.0 lb.    Still to go: 30.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
