No matter how much exercise you do, if you eat and drink continuously for a whole long weekend, the weight is only going to go one way! Whoops!!

Oh well, we did have a lovely time, and we're home now and ready to get back on track, at least for the next couple of days! :o)
172.5 lb Lost so far: 37.5 lb.    Still to go: 32.5 lb.    Diet followed poorly.

Glad that you had a great time and getting back on track. Alas, I did the same during the couple of days I was away with work the end of last week... so wasn't surprising that I gained too! Lol... we're just trying to stay about the same weight aren't we. ;o) I'll say "snap" for this mornings weight... just to keep you on your toes! Good luck for this week though and here's to us all for busting a few more of those pounds. :o)
