Cutting back on Diet Coke has made this extra difficult. At 90 calories, medium iced coffees w/sf syrup from McDonald's are my new guilt-free go-to treat. Don't know how I'd do this without it!
173.8 lb Lost so far: 6.2 lb.    Still to go: 28.8 lb.    Diet followed 100%.
