Average 779 calorie deficit for the year so far, having tracked every single calorie and even overestimating when I'm not sure. This puts me on track for 31 pounds lost over 20 weeks, including the last 12 days. I'm going to be realistic and shoot for 25. I'll be thrilled with that if it happens. I can realistically look forward to hitting my goal weight by the time my braces come off!!
