I lost 1.4 lbs since my last weigh in at WW a week ago - yeah! My home scale only measures down to the .5 lbs so I'm never quite sure what it will be when I weigh in at WW. I'm very happy, I have lost a little over 10 lbs since Jan. 4th! When I had my wellness screening earlier this week I mentioned my weight loss to the lady who did the post test counseling and she wanted to know how I lost the weight. I firmly believe my success is due to the fat secret site and the support from eveyone; but especially Mary Jean! This time I feel I need to be accountable and want to make this a life style and not a diet that I will quit once I reach my goal.

From this point on I would be happy with a .5 lb weight loss, I think that will be more realistic for me as I get closer to my goal. Also, I have a challenging week coming up. First of all, I really don't feel good. I NEVER get sick but I caught a cold and I want to eat when I don't feel good! Change in schedule this week also - going to Pierre which will mean a very long day (leave my house at 5:00am, arrive home at 10pm) with much of the time spent on a bus and very little activity through the day. Then Friday and Ssturday we're going to Sioux Falls with 5 other couples....there will be lots of wining and dining. I would be very happy to just maintain this next week!
151.5 lb Lost so far: 7.5 lb.    Still to go: 1.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

You are doing so well!!! Just 1.5 lbs to go. I think just maintaining is a good goal with all you have ahead of you. Congratulations on making this a lifestyle, not a diet. That is really the only thing that works. FatSecret is a wonderful tool! I enjoy hearing from other people, the recipes, the tips, and the topics. I read some of the plateau postings and found them to be helpful. I just need to keep going. Pool and upper body are my goals this week. I have to take care of my calf muscle - I need it for biking!!!
