Way too much snacking yesterday and too much wine last night....a couple of glasses before we ate and some more while watching a movie. It must have really knocked me out....I slept like a rock!

I'm fighting a cold and lack of energy. I'm taking 2 days off from exercising but have done lots of housework; washing walls and woodwork, curtains, etc. after the floor refinishing project. Things are looking good now, furniture all moved back in.

My husband is going to a Superbowl party for awhile....yeah, no cooking for me! I'm looking forward to maybe taking my camera out and taking some outdoor shots and maybe some scrapbooking also. I'm going to relax today and NOT feel guilty about it!

You have been doing sooo great! Great weigh-in yesterday---almost to goal! I have been feeling under the weather myself. I had been working out the past 10 days in a row, but just had to give it up and rest last night.
