I'm a little disapointed my weight hasn't changed since Monday but I'm going to not let that get me down. I'll be stepping up my exercise and I'm sure that will get the scale moving the right direction. Also, this time I'm prepared and hopefully committed enough to make this a life style, not a diet.

Another thing I could do is invest in a WW scale and the measuring utensils to ensure portion control.
158.0 lb Lost so far: 1.0 lb.    Still to go: 8.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
