Eat, Sleep, Paint - my life for the past 3 days/nights. But I'm finished with the painting, just have some clean up left to do and then putting everything back, yeah! Now I can truly enjoy my 3 day weekend!

I feel really good being back in control of my eating! Staying away from the scale has been good for me as it causes me to focus more on how I feel, how my clothes aren't so tight, rathter than a number on the scale.

But I am looking forward to weighing tomorrow. My normal weigh in would be Saturday morning at home before going to my WW meeting but I'm going to weigh in at home tomorrow (Friday) as I'll be going to Sioux Falls and staying over. Can't wait!

Glad to hear the paint job is over - what a good feeling. I love new paint. I need to thank you again about underestimating points. I somehow had it in my brain that I only had 17 points. I have 22!!! No wonder I am hungry so much of the time. When I did go over - I would stress about it despite the exercise. Thanks.
