I haven't been good at keeping up with wrting all my food and excercise...but I have been eating right and still doing the dreadmill and bicycle (which by the way the seats are too small and hurt my butt)...but I pedal away anyway. but so far so good. I had my 53 birthday on friday..so my goal is to be back in my normal size 10/12 by next birthday...I am at a 16 now. I also want to run the 5k up here.
190.0 lb Lost so far: 30.0 lb.    Still to go: 45.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
losing 2.3 lb a week

If you plan on spending a lot of time bike riding and it works for you, put a couple bucks into a better seat. My wife did and it has made a huge difference. They do make wide gel cushioned seats for regular folk. Nice loss!
