3 pounds lost this month. Next month's goal is to be down 5 to 8 pounds. Have a great Tuesday. As for me I wish it was Friday. LOL

Most of the Italian I know would get slapped at a bar so I'll just say I'm sure you'll have no problem reaching your goal for next month. Grande goal! Puma buona fortuna! (What Shia said lol)
