I got on my scale, with new batteries, and it said I was up 2 pounds! Then I tried it again 10 seconds later and I was only up a pound. Sticking to the plan!
164.4 lb Lost so far: 18.6 lb.    Still to go: 23.4 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Always verify weight on manual scale when digital starts skipping around
