Long day. Too many unproductive meetings. I keep agreeing to things I don't want to do and end up not getting anything done. I haven't been sleeping well, so I haven't been feeling like eating too much, but I made some spare ribs that I baked with half a jar of Ah-so sauce and 1/4 cup of barbecue sauce - cleaned out the fridge at the same time! So I have been eating spare ribs ALL WEEK - two a night. They're a little dry tonight, but maybe I did get tired of them? nahh!! They were all delish.

I went to the local diner last night and ran into a nice couple who helped encourage me about colleges for my daughter. I also got lots, too much, info on some investment stuff - soo confusing my brain hurts!

I have 4 days off next week - no conferences, bought my whole Thanksgiving meal to be picked up on Wednesday - next week will be relaxing for me!

Gotta go to the weight lifting class tomorrow and maybe my friend will give me a ride to get my new car finally!

Official weigh in with my new scale! Nowmy computer is ON THE FRITZ! Does anyone even know what tha means anymore???? I haven't posted due to being busy with fun and my computer crashed about 3 times in the past two days!

I had 5 days of vacation Wednesday to Sunday - I feel good. Now I know that my Sunday morning weigh in is still under 160, I am ecstatic! This week I'll get more organized than last week and I will watch what I eat more carefully. I have today to clean my kitchen and my friend/housekeeper will help me with food - I am going to have her shop for me, and that will keep those pesky potato chips out of my house!

I am thinking that I am ging to start a potluck club where we all bring some healthy casserole and share - kind of spreading the leftovers around. We'll see how it goes - most of my friends have very picky eaters for children, and mine doesn't really go for casseroles either. Unless it was a cheesecake brownie casserole. Haha!

I got my daughhter some lowfat chocolate milk so that I know she is getting her calcium. She is loving her new furniture so that is good. This week I have no night meetings or commitments, so I can get her on track with homework and college applications. Wish me luck!

also, maybe I'll get to the weght lifting class too.
