Woo hoo!!! only .6 lb away from my original goal. Glad I lowered it as I still need to lose at least another 5, if not just a bit more.
I don't want to get too aggressive on the target weight, mostly because I believe I'm putting on muscle as well. So 175, while a bit more than 5 lbs away, will probably take me a considerable amount of time to reach.
At least that's what I'm planning on anyway.
