I feel so relieved being back on weight watchers. I forgot how easy it is to follow and how it really does keep me on track better than anything else. Knowing how many points I have and how many I have left for the day after pre-planning my meals makes it so nice to be able to sneak in a little treat if I want to. I was able to have a glass of wine after dinner last night and not feel guilty!
