Wow, I really thought I lost most weight than just under a pound! This is very disappointing, especially because I am trying to lose three pounds per week. I was under calories every day, the majority of days over 500 calories under. I went to the gym five days this week. I don't know what is happening, but I hope that my body steps it up and loses a lot quicker in the upcoming three weeks! I guess I could be happy if I was in the lower 170's, I haven't been there for a long time.
179.0 lb Lost so far: 15.0 lb.    Still to go: 29.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Check your inches. I thought I was losing my mind this past week too lol. I checked my weight today and lost 5 ibs. since last Sunday. My boyfriend told me to be patient, that inches come off faster than weight. He's right, I really believe that. Check your weight in the morning before you eat or drink anything. My opinion is you're doing great. Do you think you could've plateaued? I'm gonna find out information for you if you plateaued, send you a link to an accredited health website. I know it seems annoying, but the weight will come off. :)

You can't just go by the scale when you work out a lot. Your body may lose inches but you don't see it on the scale as much. It means you will go down in sizes. Look at your chart, you are doing great. There is no way to make your body lose a certain amount per week. It may vary from week to week. Just keep going. You will get there.

Thank you both, you are so great! I was getting frustrated so I cheated and checked my weight again today before eating anything and it made me feel better to see more loss. I know you are both right, though... the inches have been coming off! Slowly but surely.
