Happy to record another pound down. Love being closer to 140 than 150. Been a long time. Went to gym today. My appetite is increasing which I attribute to my cycle and boredom.
144.0 lb Lost so far: 20.0 lb.    Still to go: 14.0 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
