Doing a happy dance.15 weeks into my my lifestyle and I have loss 30 lbs.Not bad for an old lady. Loving this Way Of Eating.I don't think I have once been hungary or felt deprived.I feel like I have made several friends through these boards and there is always someone there for motivation.Thank you to all my buddies and fellow "LOSERS".

1655 kcal Fat: 132.45g | Prot: 89.16g | Carb: 31.33g.   Breakfast: extra virgin coconut oil, coffee, pace picante sauce, zucchini., onion, chedder cheese, egg. Lunch: butter, broccoli, coconut oil, pepper stir fry.3/4 c.., Steamed or Boiled Shrimp. Dinner: chedder cheese, tomatoe,  bacon crumbles, organic coconut oil, Extra Virgin Olive Oil, ground turkey. Snacks/Other: peanuts. more...

Dang it....I had to add butter to my stir-fry at lunch,just to up the calories and fat.Ghewww....HATE WHEN THAT HAPPENS...:)Hehehheh
