ABOUT ME:
I am a 5'6", 53 yr old Cali Lady, married to a wonderful man, 2 Daughters & 1 Son, and 6 grandkidlings. Worked for State Parks over 28 yrs. Going in with both feet doing the lifestyle change.

Ages 18 - 37, I weighed 129-139 lbs, never having a weight problem. Then in my late 30's, I slowly began to gain. I would lose and reach my goal weight very quickly, but then would eat the old way and gain it back, plus some. One day, my diets no longer worked. In 2009, I was diagnoised with Type II Diabetes, High Cholesterol and a Fatty Liver (from Obesity). May 2010 my weight had climbed to 320.

I have decided to be accountable for my heatlh and am determined to work hard until I am a healthy weight and maintain it for the rest of my life.

GOALS:
To be happy & healthy inside & out so that I can assume my active lifestyle once again.

320 Lbs - May 01, 2010
280 Lbs - Feb 10, 2011
266 Lbs - Feb 28, 2011 (Profile Pic)

2010 Losses: 40 Lbs
2011 Losses: 55 Lbs
2012 Losses: Gained most back (Quit weighing on scale, BAD ME)

Wear Tank Tops again
Wear Exercise Shoes that really fit as they should (Getting There!)
Wear Ring Size 6 again
Wear Beautiful Bracelets, Size 7" again
Wear Beautiful Anklets, Size 9" again
Wear Beautiful Necklace, Size 18" again

@ sooki, kmartin, & dreama: GREAT INFO... I just learned three new things, two of which will help me a bunch: artificial sweeteners 3 per day, & Splenda's single serving flavor packs. Thx!

I can't have the Da Vinci because of sugar alcohols, but that is very cool for those who can!
