This change is most certainly water weight and not real weight- read fat- loss. However, it is still very encouraging and a step in the right direction, so I am happy. This is the nudge I need to persevere. If I can lose this much water weight in a couple days, and stick to a diet plan geared at one pound deficit a week, and start working out more (Thank you Jas for the workout videos!!! :) )than my goal is that much closer. :)
156.5 lb Lost so far: 0 lb.    Still to go: 26.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

1478 kcal Fat: 13.26g | Prot: 143.68g | Carb: 213.27g.   Breakfast: pink lady apple, egg whites, strawberries, trader joe's 0% greek yogurt plain, fiber one. Lunch: Cottage Cheese (Lowfat 1% Milkfat), raisins, strawberries, chick peas, persian cucumber, Sweet Red Peppers, Herb Roasted Turkey Breast. Dinner: Berry slaw, rice seasoning, garlic chili tilapia, basmati rice. more...
