Settled on a new health club and now it's just a matter of getting back into the routine. I finished the week with a half pound lose so considering I was on pace to gain 2 I am satisfied with that. I met with a trainer and I have to confess those people do good work. Totally kicked my ass. Too bad financially I can't afford to do the program full time but it has given me ideas on new workouts and I can't wait to go push myself on the next visit! Keep trying and don't give up! Have a Nice Weekend :)
206.9 lb Lost so far: 13.1 lb.    Still to go: 15.9 lb.    Diet followed poorly.
