February!!!
January was a good month for my weightloss. I almost lost 10lbs. I have lost inches and am fitting into my size six jeans again. Inches has disappeared but will not do an official measure till the end of this month

Goals: To keep working on weights. I do not want to lose much lean body mass through this. Keep working on core strength, it cannot be overestimated at my age.

Scale has said 129.6 every morning for 6 days straight. My body must like this weight but my goal is to get closer to 120 so hopefully something will happen.

This weekend I got to hang out with my daughter again almost been a whole month due to her covid and then my cold. So that was great. She is busy planning a wedding for June so that is exciting.
129.6 lb Lost so far: 56.2 lb.    Still to go: 8.3 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.

Way to go getting back on track and a great motivating start. I also find it essential to train regularly with weights during a cut. In fact, I favor an approach that incorporates external weight or body weight most days a week in a deficit especially if it's aggressive in the beginning or for short periods. Exciting wedding.

You are doing so well! Congratulations on sticking with your plans! I'm so glad you got to spend time with your girl. I remember when she got engaged! I have two girls in long term relationships...
