I couldn't do the low carb anymore. Running became painful and I was always exhausted when I tried to work out. Im dropping the challenge but plan to lose in a different fashion. Today I start my new position as scribe. Ill be on my feet and walking around all day. Its a beautiful day out, so Im sure Emilio and I will take a bike ride when I come home from work. Wish me luck!

Low carb isn't for everyone. Exhaustion is a great red flag. Listen to your body, combine feeling with intellect.. Great job trying something new and being flexible:)
