I have been training since Monday, and I am either exhausted from standing all day, studying for anatomy in school and then the anatomy of the eye every night...or an overall combo. I had to get used taking lunch at a specific time with the doctor, instead of when I wanted. So that means: meal planning, meal planning, MEAL PLANNING and no excuses! Yesterday I went to Taco Bell because my lunch time is 30 minutes, I had to save it for dinner just because I knew it was a lot. My stomach also did not approve of the fast food choice and made me miserable. For today I made a veggie mix with tofu. I cant go wrong with a favorite. Since class is now officially over, I can go for a bike ride with Emilio or maybe hit the gym. It feels like a vacation!
