I am working out more than ever, but have had 3-4 bad food slip ups in the past few weeks doing car trips. Travel rest stops are not carb friendly and I was unprepared. Shame, shame, shame!

I accept it and readjusting the carb counts. I think if I had not been walking on the treadmill 30-45 mins a day the slip ups would have been more devastating, weight gain-wise. it's 5 lbs up from my lowest weight in the past month. I am rebuilding the momentum.

It's tough though.

313.5 lb Lost so far: 29.8 lb.    Still to go: 33.5 lb.    Diet followed reasonably well.
gaining 3.5 lb a week

But you are doing it!! Slip ups happen to the best of us, but look how you've turned it around.

We are not perfect. Slip ups happen. It's the reality. The only thing matters what you do about your slip up - get moving and get back on track.

Yeah its difficult to get the motivation going sometimes. Don't worry about the slip ups. At least you know you need to be prepared next time. Keep going and you'll see those happy scales soon :)
